2. If you do not see your name, please contact us immediately. BUT before please check both the PDF sheets and ensure your name.
3. You will be picked up at the airport/ railway station as per your travel schedule.
Lookout for the people with the banner at the station. Liason Officers will be there at Chandigarh Railway Station, Bus Stand Sec-43 and at Chandigarh to receive the participants
4. They will take you to your hotel. They will arrange your local transport to the hotel. You need not have to worry.
5. Weather Advisory (25th January, 2019 to 31st January, 2019), It is winter season at Chandigarh. Minimum Temperature here is 4 degree and Maximum Temperature here is 20 degree.
6. Note: The program will start at sharp 9:30 am on 27th January 2019. Cabs will reach to pick up the guests sharp at 8:30 am daily from Hotels/Venues. Pickup and drop will be given from 26th to 1st Feb as per schedule.
