A Science Film Festival to Celebrate India’s 75^th Year of
Independence

Year 2021 is the 75th year of India’s independence from colonial rule, and to commemorate this monumental occasion, Vigyan Prasar (VP) jointly with Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA) announced the “Swatantrata ka Vigyan Filmotsav”, as a part of Swatantrata ka Amrit Mahotsav, India’s celebrations of 75th Year of Independence. Documentaries, docu-drama, animation and short videos (up to 60 minutes) made in the last 10 years i.e. 1st August 2011 to 31st July 2021 are invited for competition in the festival.
