Subject : Response to queries raised in pre-bid meeting held on July 01, 2022 on tender document no. VP/Pub/1801/INAE/2022 dated 28.06.2022 for developing and designing of two coffee-table books in English

1. While submitting the bid, bidder should strictly follow the prescribed format. (Annexure-5)

2. All technical bid should accompany Technical Proposal should have six page design templates for both the coffee-table books. In the absence of the Design, the proposal will not be considered and bid will considered invalid. [ Para 2 (i)]

3. Specimen material to facilitate designing of six pages is placed at Annexure-A, Annexure-B and Annexure-C.

4. Bidders are also encouraged to visit Vigyan Prasar and collect the material for design of six pages before 5th July 2022. Alternatively, the material can be requested via e-mail to rnath@vigyanprasar.gov.in

5. In view of the request made by pre-bid participants, the time allowed for completion of work is increased from 15 days to 18 days.
