Vigyan Prasar has initiated a programme ‘Public Awareness Campaign on Nuclear Energy and Clean Energy Options’ through various activities for building scientific temper in students and society at large. The programme has been undertaken jointly with NPCIL, Mumbai.
Under this programme Vigyan Prasar has taken up the challenge to promote and propagate scientific and rational outlook of the clean energy sources mainly nuclear energy and their national and environmental benefits for sustainable development. This awareness campaign will help society to understand, adapt and clear doubts of clean energy technologies resulting in S&T communication / popularization.
